Accommodation 

The Cedar House has 3 en-suite bedrooms with spacious accommodation for 6 to 8 people on 3 floors.

Ground floor, Luxury King bed with interconnecting "Jack and Jill" queen bedded room with shower, separate bath, walk in wardrobe and deck.

Lower ground floor, Queen en suite with deck.

Top floor, Luxury King bed en suite with balcony.

The Cedar House is designed for luxurious, comfortable, easy open plan living, with quality furniture, linen, fittings, finishes and appliances throughout.   

The large kauri panelled living room has great indoor/outdoor flow, through folding doors onto the sheltered sunny north facing deck,  two further french doors and six large windows light up the room and enhance the impact of  wrap around views.  Large comfortable sofas provide plenty of room to relax. 

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you would expect in a modern kitchen, from an oyster shucker to a dishwasher.   

Laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside drying line.

Secure off road parking for 4/5 cars and ample room for small boat, kayak storage, and fishing equipment.

Woodburner stove and wood for cooler nights.

Broadband connection.  TV, Stereo, DVD Player. 

Cot and 2 small beds for children available on request.    

The living room/kitchen area and the bedrooms on the ground floor and lower ground floor, have permanent ramp access.  

Maintained sheltered mooring for boat up to 12 metres. Small rowing dinghy kept on wharf.
